Art Therapy

Art therapy is offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays for Older Survivors of Stroke (OAS) and on Wednesdays for Younger Survivors of Stroke (YSS). Programs are led by a registered Art Therapist, and are available to all members, in both a group and on an individual basis. No previous artistic skill is required. View Schedule

Art therapy is recognized for helping survivors of stroke better manage the physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges associated with stroke. Additional benefits include:
