Older Survivors of Stroke (OASS)
Chair Exercises: Our classes are run under the guidance of an exercise therapist who monitors exercise progression and instructs on safe techniques. Classes run Monday – Thursday. View Schedule
Surefeet Balance Program – This program focuses on teaching skills related to developing and maintaining balance and safe mobility for survivors of stroke. Offered twice per year. View Schedule
