Alastair is a seasoned Human Resources executive who leads his own consulting firm, proudly serving clients across Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Africa. Hailing from Quebec, Alastair finds joy in the simple things: good coffee, early-morning runs, and long walks around the North Shore with Hamish, his daughter’s Shorkie. Having witnessed firsthand the emotional and practical challenges that come with strokes within his own family, serving on the NSSRC board is more than a role for him – it’s a commitment rooted in gratitude, compassion, and a desire to help others navigate their own journeys.
