Doug experienced a hemorrhagic Stroke 12 years ago that necessitated learning to walk again. Since then, Doug has been involved in the stroke recovery community for more than 10 years and part of the North Shore Stroke Recovery Centre board for over 8 years. Doug is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience managing full-cycle accounting, IT and Human Resources in private, public and non-profit organizations. With over 20+ years of experience, he is a trusted contributor and advisor to senior leadership teams known for his hands-on approach leading strategic and tactical financial and accounting practices. Doug lives on the North Shore with his wife and three children.
