Margaret is the Vice President, Operations at the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation (RCHF) where she oversees human resources, finance, technology, donation management, research and innovation, partnerships, and risk management functions. Prior to her role at RCHF, Margaret was the Executive Director of Human Resources at Trinity Western University (TWU) overseeing the University-wide Human Resources function.
Margaret is a life-long learner and she holds Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. She is certified as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI certified change practitioner. In her free time, Margaret volunteers for professional associations and non-profit organizations to give back and make a difference for social impacts.
